Why I built Amaux Bozé
I'm a father. That changed how I think about time, money, and what is actually worth owning.
I got into watches slowly, then completely. What kept me there was never luxury. It was the mechanics, the proportion, and the feeling of wearing something with thought and character behind it.
I wanted something mechanical, personal, well designed, and honestly priced. I could not find it in the form I wanted. So I started building it myself.
I still assemble each watch myself in Switzerland, test what I build, and stay close to the details. That matters to me because it keeps the brand close to the product, and the product close to the standard I want it to meet.
Amaux Bozé comes from that impulse: make something with real character, keep it grounded, and refuse the usual luxury theatre.
What Amaux Bozé makes
Every Amaux Bozé watch is designed and assembled by me in Switzerland. The movements are Japanese Seiko TMI calibres from the NH family, chosen because they are dependable, serviceable, and proven over time.
The parts are not Swiss-made, and I do not pretend they are. What I offer is something more straightforward: watches with a clear point of view, real mechanical movements, careful assembly in Switzerland, and pricing that stays grounded in reality.
Most Amaux Bozé watches sit in the CHF 200–350 range. That is deliberate. They are made to feel distinctive, satisfying, and easy to choose without turning a good watch into a status project.
